The white and grey peelers work differently. Use the instructions for the attachment you have installed.
Before you start: Separate the garlic bulb into individual unpeeled cloves. Install your chosen peeler, add the cloves, and close the lid before running.
White garlic peeler
- Run for 15 seconds, then pause.
- Change speed and run for another 15 seconds. Repeat until total running time reaches 90 seconds.
- Stop the motor before opening the lid and checking the garlic.
Timing reminder: Pause and change speed every 15 seconds.
Grey garlic peeler
- Run for 3 seconds, pause, then run for another 3 seconds.
- Stop and check after 6 seconds. Remove the peeled cloves.
- If needed, repeat only with unpeeled cloves, using the same 3 + 3 second timing.
Warning: Continuous running above 6 seconds may mince the garlic.
After peeling: separate the loose skins
If skins cling to the cloves, stop and unplug the appliance, remove the motor and lid, and add water to the jar. Loose skins can float to the surface for removal. Do not run the motor after adding water.

Before you begin.
Do both garlic peelers use the same timing?
No. The grey peeler uses two 3-second runs with a pause between them: 6 seconds total. The white peeler uses 90 seconds total running time, pausing and changing speed every 15 seconds.
What if some cloves are still unpeeled?
With the grey peeler, stop after 6 seconds and remove peeled cloves. Repeat the 3 + 3 second cycle only with the remaining unpeeled cloves if needed. Follow the complete manual for your chosen attachment.
Should I run the peeler after adding water?
No. Water is added afterward to help separate loose skins. Stop and unplug the appliance and remove the motor and lid before adding water. Do not run it with water for this separation step.
Can it also chop and whisk?
Yes. Use the separate chopping blade or whisking attachment for those tasks. The peeling instructions above apply only to the white and grey garlic peelers.
